The BWFCST AGM is to be held at 7pm on the 22nd January 2026 at the Vice President's Suite Toughsheet Community Stadium, Bolton.

Free car par parking will be available in Car Park A, subject to providing your car details upon arrival.

The AGM is open all BWFCST Members, who have a pre-booked ticket.

In preparation for the AGM, the process for members wishing to table a motion to allow members to vote prior to the meeting is now open. Your motion should be accompanied by your full name as proposer and also by the full name of a seconder, who should also be a BWFCST member. If you require a seconder for your motion, please advise and we will make appropriate arrangements.The AGM timetable is as follows:

• Voting opens 6pm Friday 16th January 2026
• Voting closes 6pm Tuesday 20th January 2026
• BWFCST AGM 7pm Thursday 22nd January 2026
